Meeting Times
Hullbridge Parkinson’s Cafe meets:
- First and third Tuesday of each month
- 11:00am – 1:00pm
If you are planning to attend for the first time, you are very welcome. If possible, feel free to get in touch beforehand so we can make sure everything is ready for your visit.

There is no pressure or expectation — just a friendly, relaxed space to meet others and enjoy some time together.
What to Expect on Your First Visit
We understand that visiting somewhere new for the first time can feel uncertain, especially when living with Parkinson’s or supporting someone who is.
When you come to Hullbridge Parkinson’s Cafe, you can expect a warm welcome, a relaxed and informal atmosphere, and the chance to meet others in a similar situation.
There is no formal structure and no pressure to speak. Most people simply enjoy a cup of tea or coffee, have a chat, and take things at their own pace. Carers and family members are always welcome.
Whether you choose to join in conversation or simply sit and observe at first, you will be made to feel comfortable and included.
