A Warm Welcome for People Living with Parkinson’s

Hullbridge Parkinson’s Cafe is a local Parkinson’s support group in Essex, created to bring people together for friendship, conversation and community.

We understand that living with Parkinson’s can sometimes feel isolating, which is why having a welcoming local space to connect with others can make a real difference.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, have been living with Parkinson’s for many years, or care for someone who has it, you are very welcome to join us.

Who Can Attend?

There is no pressure and no formal process — just a friendly, informal atmosphere where people can meet, chat and feel understood.

What to Expect

At Hullbridge Parkinson’s Cafe, visitors can enjoy relaxed conversation, a welcoming environment, and the company of others who understand the challenges of Parkinson’s.

Our sessions offer both social connection and opportunities for gentle activity through Exercise for Parkinson’s (EFP).

You are not alone in feeling unsure. Many people come for the first time just to see what it’s like.

There is no pressure to speak or participate — you are welcome to simply sit, have a cup of tea, and take things at your own pace.
