Hullbridge Parkinson’s Cafe participated in this years Parish Council Christmas Fair raising £140 towards keeping the cafe open in 2019.
Our day was set to get better when I was invited on stage and presented with a letter informing us that Hullbridge Parkinson’s Cafe was the Parish Councils chosen charity for 2019.
A massive thank you to everyone for making this possible.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year

Our cafe today (1st May 2018) really went well with three new people and their Carers joining us. Our guest speaker, Irene spoke about herself and how she overcame the shakes to paint beautiful Pictures.
Alison won a box of chocolates in the raffle, which was well received.
We look forward to welcoming everyone back for our next cafe gathering on the 5th June 2018 when Fay, a dance instructor, will be here to talk about how dance can help Parkinson’s sufferers.
On the 1st May 2018, Irene (an 82 year old lady with Parkinson’s) will talk about her paintings and how she is coping.
Please help us to fight Parkinson's Disease by making a donation on the Parkinson's UK Website. Thank you.
